By installing or using the Sphyro app ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Sphyro is a personal life-assistant app for Android. Manual tracking (notes, finances, habits, goals, calendar) is available for free. AI features (the assistant, voice, smart search, and related capabilities) require an active Pro subscription. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription processed through Google Play Billing (managed via RevenueCat). Payment is charged to your Google Play account; the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's policies.
You agree not to misuse the app: no illegal activity, no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure, and no automated mass-usage beyond normal personal use. We may suspend access that threatens the service or other users.
The AI assistant can make mistakes and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. It is a personal productivity tool, not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions. In an emergency or crisis, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional — the app is not an emergency service.
Your content stays on your device; the app minimizes what is sent to external networks. Optional backup uses your Google Drive's hidden app folder only. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The app, its design, and its content (excluding your own data) belong to Sphyro AI. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the app itself. The content you create remains yours.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from AI features will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sphyro AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app.
We may update these Terms. If changes are significant, we will indicate it in the app or on this page. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes its local data from your device.
